I’m buying a house, will you look at my inspection report and give me the low down?
Yes. For $160.
What’s the smallest job you do?
Currently we focus on remodels and new homes or ADUs, so typically the smallest jobs we can look at are around $5k that we could still squeeze in amongst the bigger jobs.
Can I use your shop tools, or would you make a small cut for me?
Unfortunately our shop is not open to the public.
Do I need an architect/engineer/designer?
Are you getting the project permitted? We recommend doing things the right way instead of trying to take short cuts. Often larger projects require these professionals. Outside of custom wood work projects we don’t do CAD/design work.
Do you do free estimates?
This depends on the project. First meet up is free. If it’s a larger project (over 20k) and there is a lot of elements we have a pre-construction contract to cover time exploring your options.
Can you do my project right now?
We have been fortunate enough to have some great clients and often we are booked out a couple months. We are still happy to have a look and get the conversation started but please be aware that due to the nature of this business there is often ongoing projects that could mean we can’t start your build immediately.
