Intricate three layer ceiling framing for holding staggered layers of insulation with ascending density profiles.
Ceiling structure and insulation complete. Light/HVAC install complete. Sprinkler system complete.
Channels for cables set in floating concrete floor
Concrete floor poured on steel pan forms which are mechanically detached from building with steel shims on pink sylomer foam resting on concrete curbs. This helps reduce outside vibrations.
